Grid Connect Smart LCD Switch

The Smart LCD Switch is a wall-mounted physical switch. It has a smart LCD touch screen where the wall plate would usually be. Interacting with the screen allows a user to turn on and off two light switches, adjust settings and trigger other home automations (Scenes) via the Grid Connect App.
This project was quite novel because I got to design an interface that would become part of a physical product. It was also interesting to work with such a small screen (240px x 320px) while still keeping the brand integrity and accessibility in mind.
I created the prototype with Adobe Xd, using some existing brand assets, and created the rest, such as the set of scene icons, keypad and transition animations.
